You have to reach at Intermediate board office Karachi for verification of your documents. They won't verify your documents from any other person.
After reaching there, go to room No. 24 at Intermediate main building, Intermediate board office, Karachi.
You will receive marks-sheet verification form from room no. 24. Fill that verification form and attach 2 photocopies of intermediate marks-sheet, one photo copy of your national identity card, and a photocopy of your intermediate admit card. (Must bring these all when you go for verification).
After filling and attaching the documents, they will write "fee" on your verification form. (Without written fee, bank will not receive fee), a officer in room 24 will write fee after checking photocopies. Fee is around 110 Rupees.
Alright, so now you have attached all photocopies, fee is written on your verification form, go to HBL (Habib Bank Limited) in intermediate board office Karachi, near to the entrance of board office and submit form and fee there and they will give a slip, take it.
Now after 10 - 15 days, go to room no. 24 again and receive verified marks-sheet photocopy from there in "Sealed Envelop". (Do not open).

HOW TO ATTEST CERTIFICATE FROM INTER BOARD KARACHI

Please follow this procedure to verified/attest your intermediate certificate from intermediate board office Karachi for IBCC (inter board chairman committee) Attestation.

You have to visit intermediate board office Karachi for the verification of intermediate certificate (photocopy). You will verify photocopy from there (not original).
Firstly, you have to visit intermediate office Karachi and pick a certificate verification form from the window of library.
Fill this certificate verification form, attach these documents with the form;

Photocopy of your intermediate Certificate (must from both sided, otherwise it will be rejected).
Photocopy of your Computerized national identity card.

Alright, now you have filled verification form and attached the documents, go to the window of library again and the person there will write fee on your form. "Fee for ordinary verification is nearly 230 Rupees". Collect that form after writing fee.
Go to the HBL Bank (Habib Bank Limited) which in near to the entrance gate of intermediate board office Karachi and submit your form there with fee. They will give you a slip, take it.
After 15 -20 days, go to room no. 11 and show your slip there. Receive your certificate envelop from there.

Note: They will not give verified photocopy of certificate or marks-sheet to any other person. You have to visit there your own.
