Metric Certificate and Marksheet Attestation Process - Karachi board

Here, I am explaining the detailed procedure of metric certificate and metric mark sheet attestation for IBCC attestation from Karachi. Hope it will help other in future. I am dividing this process into three posts.

So, here is a post 1 in detailed. Attestation of photocopies of certificates and mark sheet from metric board Karachi. I have attached online reading post too for those who want to read online in different platform also it can be download from Gdrive and our cloud storage website.

MARKSHEET ATTESTATION PROCESS

1. Go to room # 47 (Direction: Enter metric board office, then go straight into cash section and take the stairs to 2nd floor, find their room # 47).

2. Pick Marksheet verification form (free).

3. Fill it, attached Marksheet photocopies (two), CNIC copy, admit card of Marksheet.

4. Now, go back to the ground floor and come out from this block. Now go to the first block’s back side where room # 4 is located, here submit fee approximately 100 rupees for mark sheet attestation or may be 120 rupees (Not confirm) Take the voucher (two vouchers) and go back to the room # 47 and submit there, they’ll give you one voucher back and the receiving date written on it.

CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION PROCESS

1. Go to room # 25 (Direction: Enter metric board office, then go right and enter in main building gate then go to the left-hand side, find room # 25).

2. Pick Certificate Verification form(free), Fill it and attach two certificate photocopies & CNIC
photocopy.

3. The ordinary fee is around 130 rupees, they’ll give you attested certificate copy back after 10 to 15 days.

4. Submit it to Cash section in the metric board office (Go to the first block in front of main gate, cash section) pick your submission/payment receipt

5. Go back to the respected room and submit this voucher there, they’ll give you one voucher back with the receiving date written on it.

6. Collect Certificate attested (Envelope) copy from room # 25, Certificate section.
