Furthermore, if you need your K-Electric Electricity bill of the previous month in duplicate form, you can download your previous 5 months K-Electric Electricity bill by following steps. You just have to follow these easy few steps.
STEP # 1:
Visit K-Electric website (www.KE.com). Then Go to Complaints Services and then go to duplicate bill section. You can directly visit to duplicate bill section from here.
STEP # 2:
After reaching this page, you will see four sections, which are;

After reaching this page, you will see four sections, which are;
- Account number
- Customer number
- Email address
- Mobile number
STEP # 3:
Fill these all boxes with correct details,, Account number can be found on the top right hand of your ex-K-Electric Electricity bill. You can find Customer number on left-hand side details section just before the "home address". Write your email address correctly so you will be receiving your K-Electric Electricity duplicate bill (color copy) by email every month.
After entering your mobile number and Character code in the given boxes, Click on the button "View bill". You will be re-directed to your bill/duplicate bill section in which you can download Color copy of your previous 5 month's K-Electric bill.
