List of Documents Require in Embassy For Student Visa In Sequence

2 Complete sets of documents are required in the following format / sequence. i.e. Please attach all original academic certificates, experience certificates, admission letter, bank documents, 1 resume with one visa application form, make two complete copies of first original set (A4 size format). Take 1 extra Pics with you. Background must be light gray.

Sequence is as follows:

1. Visa Application Form (staple one picture on form)
2. Copy of Passport first 2 pages
3. A valid admission (acceptance) letter from German University
4. Proof of Bank draft / Proof of Scholarship (if applicable)
5. CV in European template
6. Motivation Letter
7. Proof of academic degrees (certificates + detailed mark sheets)
1. a. Secondary Certificate
2. b. Higher Secondary Certificate
3. c. O-Levels
4. d. A-Levels (GCE)
5. e. Bachelors Degree
6. f. Masters Degree
7. g. M-Phil Degree
8. h. PhD (if applicable)
8. Proof of sufficient knowledge of language (IELTS, TOEFL)
9. Proof of any work experience or any research.
10. If the medium of instruction is in German, Proof of sufficient German language
11. Copy of Travel Insurance ( Required at the time of collection of passport)
12. List of all relatives abroad / List of Children
13. Security Questionnaire
