Chinese Govt. Scholarship Opening & Closing Time

Usually, CSC Scholarship opens annually from November to April. Each university has its own scholarship announcement date. So, Scholarship remains open from November to April. To get the actual scholarship starting date the candidate has to visit university website intermittently. Just like scholarship opening date, scholarship closing/end date varies from December to May depending on the university.

Note: Never wait for the last date, try to send documents as early as you can. I suggest you should send documents at least a month before the end date.

What Documents are Required?

Before you think to apply for any scholarship, you need some documents. To apply for CSC, you require following documents.

Complete Application Procedure for Chinese Government Scholarship

Follow these easy steps and register yourself for China Government Scholarship.

1. Search for your Concerned University Which offers your desired degree, You can search from here.
2. Make a comprehensive Resume and Convincing Email, request the Professor for Acceptance Letter (optional).
3. Register on CSC WEBSITE, Check for the last date of Universities Because different Universities have different dates.
4. Print that Application form(which you will get after registration at CSC in step 3), attach all supporting documents (Attach foreign physical examination report signed by Medical Officer by Name stamp). A form is attached below.
5. Register at respective university's website as well (University's fee can be paid online while filling registration form at university website or by DHL or TCS services, some universities waver off registration fee for Scholarship candidate).
6. Notarize all documents from oath commissioners (He'll charges 20-25 rupees for each document, Make 2 copies for one university application).
7. Make envelop and send documents to respective university, make sure University's address is correctly mentioned on the envelope. (Use DHL courier because it has best tracking system and services in China).

NOTE: Don't underestimate yourself, it's just a simple procedure, everyone can do it. Just follow and complete procedure step by step.
