If you’re new to order a passport so this post will help you really and it will be beneficial for you because, on my time, I couldn’t find these guidelines from the internet nor from any blog or other platforms, we can see the fee structure and further process on the official website but they don’t tell us clearly about those documents they’ll ask there if you’re a student. So for sharing as a help, I would like to write in detail and in a clear view about the fees and documents from step 1^st to step last, also would like to share this info in native language (Urdu) so friends will get clearly from Urdu and in a video format, What I need from you is just ‘A simple Thanks’ in below comment.

Make new Passport in Karachi (Step by Step guide)

Well, there are entirely 30 minutes process to the submission of new passport form for your new passport from start to end but it will take another day if you don’t have your complete documents on that time. So be prepared and keep these all in your mind. For urgent, you will get it approximately five days (I think) and for normal it will take 10 days (confirm). So let’s start with the requirements.

REQUIREMENT FOR NEW PASSPORT (Fresher/Students)

Things that you need while submitting form are;

A photocopy and original CNIC of you.
A photocopy of your Father’s and Mother’s CNIC.
Your educational document (if you’re a student or if you tell them I am a student).
No need for any picture, they will capture it there.
A photocopy of your birth certificate.
A photocopy of father/mother’s passport (if they have, I told them they don’t have passport so they said it’s okay just attach CNIC copy)

STEP BY STEP PROCESS TO MAKE NEW PASSPORT

So, Let me start with pointwise procedures but I suggest you watch the video first from here then continue.

After reaching passport office (Karachi), enter from the main gate, after checking, turn to the left side, there’re few counters of the bank, you have to go to the first counter to pick the form of a new passport (form is free).
Then turn right side, there is an information section for all, go into it and fill the form completely, there are pens available to fill the forms.
After filling of entire form, just go to your town’s sections as there are four sections, south, east, west and north. You can find it easily as they have mentioned there all.
After finding your desired room section, just go in and start from capturing the picture, it will be the first step of the process.
Then follow line-wise process, there are entirely four process, first is capture your picture then fingerprints and then personal details sections, they will ask you to check your details (for example spelling of your name, father’s name, your CNIC number and phone number etc.) then he/she give you printout form and will ask from you about photocopies of parents/educational documents (copy) and birth certificate. You have to show him/her your original CNIC.
Pick that form and go to the room of Assistant Director to submit it, it will be the process, after the submission of your form there, they will give you your token slip and a slip of bank.
Then you’ll receive a message about service, when your passport print, they will send you a message in your number to receive your passport.
Go to receiving section and show your token/bank slip plus your original CNIC and receive your new passport.
