Interviewer: Do you have any prior experience in sales?

Candidate: Yes, sir. I have two years of experience in sales. I have worked with two leading retail stores in the sales department.

My role involved making the customers aware of our products, responding to their queries, helping them in finding the right products, and also grievance handling.
